How it works

Three steps, about two minutes of your time. No intro call, no proposal, no "book a demo."

1

Paste your episode link

Hit the button, pay, and the intake form asks for one thing: the link to your long video — a podcast episode, webinar, coaching call, or livestream, 20 minutes or longer.

2

Pay $49, once

One flat payment through Stripe. No account to create, no plan to pick, nothing recurring. The 24-hour clock starts the moment your link lands.

3

Clips in your inbox in 24h

Five finished vertical clips arrive by email with titles and descriptions written for each one. Post them, or don't — they're yours either way.

What's in the Drop

The same work as our $149 pilot and monthly plans — selection, cut, captions, branding — in a $49 one-shot.

5 finished clips

We read the full transcript and pick the five moments that stand alone: hooks, stories, hard numbers, takes people argue with. Not random timestamps.

Animated captions

Word-by-word highlighted captions burned into every clip. Most short-form is watched on mute — captions are what get watched.

1080×1920, ready to post

True vertical MP4s sized for TikTok, Reels, and YouTube Shorts, framed on the speaker, loudness normalized. Plus a title and description per clip.

One re-cut round

Hate a moment we picked? Say the word within 7 days and we swap it for another from the same episode. One round, no charge, no hard feelings.

This is the actual output

Three clips we cut from one recent public podcast episode, shown exactly as delivered — 1080×1920, captioned, hook up front. Your Drop comes back in this format.

▶
Clip 1 — The Hook0:33 · 1080×1920

The moment the episode turns — pulled up front where it belongs.

▶
Clip 2 — The Story0:34 · 1080×1920

A story that stands on its own, no context from the episode needed.

▶
Clip 3 — The Number0:32 · 1080×1920

The hard number people screenshot, save, and argue about.

Like the Drop? Here's the ladder

Clip Drop is the front door, not the whole house. If the clips earn their keep, the Pilot ($149) gives you the same 5 clips with a full 48-hour deep pass and a branding template built for your show — and Growth ($750/mo) turns every new episode into 20 clips a month without you thinking about it. No pressure either way: the Drop stands on its own.

Straight answers

How fast is the 24 hours, really?

The clock starts when your intake form lands with your video link — not when you pay. Pay Friday night, send the link Saturday morning, clips land by Sunday morning. If we ever can't do the job from the video you sent, we tell you fast and refund the $49 in full.

My video is private or unlisted — can I still use this?

Yes. At intake, paste an unlisted YouTube/Vimeo link, or a Google Drive / Dropbox file link with sharing set to "anyone with the link." If we can watch and download it, we can clip it. If a link doesn't work, we email you before the clock runs out — a broken link never burns your Drop.

What counts as "one episode"?

One single long-form recording, 20 minutes or longer (up to about 90 minutes): a podcast episode, webinar, coaching call, or livestream. Two episodes = two Drops — or step up to the Pilot and monthly plans, which are built for volume.

What if I don't like a clip?

Every Drop includes one re-cut round: tell us within 7 days which moment misses, and we swap in a different moment from the same episode. Swapping a moment, adjusting framing, fixing a caption — all fair game. A different episode is a new Drop.

Is this a subscription?

No. $49, once. Nothing renews, nothing is stored for a "next charge," and there's no upsell call booked afterward. If you come back for the Pilot or a monthly plan later, that's your move, not a funnel.

Who owns the clips?

You do — your content, your clips, full stop. We keep no rights and won't reuse your clips in our own marketing without your written permission.

Your last episode is already five clips.

$49, one time, back in your inbox within 24 hours of sending the link. The worst case is you're out the cost of two pizzas and know exactly what your content clips like.
